About The Artwork
It was a Dionysus festival in a romantic castle. Nero fiddled while Rome burned, a rampage of wine and love. On this day, everything is permitted. Young bacchantes shout praises to their God and giving themself to all men they meet. Meanwhile, somewhere in the crowd, in the dance of love and fun, Dionysis himself. He is dancing and singing; his love is like summer, it's changeable and flighty.
