Painting: Acrylic on Canvas. Listed by artist. Original. Painting from my space art series. Square shape. Size 30x30 inches. Unframed. Year of creation: 2002. Artwork is also decorated with a few rhinestones, glued to it. Artwork represents a space panorama with dead asteroid on a middle of it. Planet name was Thonughmar Tah Thogsue. Now, whole area around it has a name "Thosu Mallhee Purcos" that means "Ground Zero, zone burned to ashes". I simple wanna show that space travel isn't like a ride on safe freeway, it can be dangerous but hellish ashes may contain a treasures... A tons of diamonds are hidden in most-dangerous zones of outer space, a places like one you see on this painting. There was a huge catastrophe in outer space, a planet lost its parts that became smaller size asteroids. There are still cities of ancient space alien civilization on some of those asteroids. Part of population that lived on planed before that event, have moved to other planet. Only a few of them are so brave professional aces who can fly in that dangerous place in outer space - because there is antimatter, black holes and other problematic points around the dead planet... Dramatic, dark story. That is a part of my sci-fi project (still unfinished) Condition: very good. Original painting was shown at 15 art expositions, and one of wood sticks (frame holder) become little bit unsteady, it is shaking a little bit. I glued it with silicone-alike glue. And, originally there was some of my unfinished projects, I whitened that layer and painted this space panorama over old pic. Acrylic paints holds on canvas very strongly, there is no damages on artwork itself. But back side looks used because I've covered my notes on back side, and, canvas was in storage for a few years before I created this piece of space art. Artwork is almost 22 years old now. I love it. I planned to use it as illustration to my space fantasy dark romance literary project but don't have a time to finish that story.
