"Confront" Painting

... the intrigue of the displayed vulnerability of the subject, confronting and demanding the attention of the viewer. A successful endeavor/confrontation would be that of the subject captivating both the attention and imagination of the viewer, and leaving them with a sense of connection. Though figurative in nature; my aim is to re/de-construct the subject to an empathetic visceral quality leaving enough for mind to enjoy and the heart to decipher. This is an original, once off painting on a stretched cotton canvas. High quality natural pigment oil paints are used and the artwork is varnished to preserve color and protect from UV-light, dust and moisture. Edges are painted black and artwork is ready to hang. Framing is not included nor required. Artwork is signed on the front and signed certificate of authenticity is provided. Dimensions: 100 x 150 cm (39.3" x 59") For shipment: Artwork is wrapped into several protective layers and placed into wooden crate for extra protection, will be delivered to your doorstep by courier service.
