This piece is titled "Cloud 8." This is one of eight pieces from the collection "Awakening." This piece in particular taught me to love imperfections and how every organic shape in a repeated stroke can add so much to the character of the work. *FRAME NOT INCLUDED* "Awakening" is the collection that reignited my passion of expressing my creativity through visual art. This collection was more of an epiphany than a project. The rediscovery of my love for painting led me to realize what I am called to do in this world. As I saw myself growing older, I noticed my imagination dimming, and with it, my creativity. Through these pieces, I express my eagerness to take hold of my awakened call-to-create by trusting wherever the brush took me.
