Canyon from Highway 5 Painting

Jane drove Claire and I from Los Angeles to Frazier Park, which is up in the mountains a couple of hours north/north west of LA. Once free of the traffic of the city , we hit Highway 5 - the vehicles thinned and the world turned green as we passed through canyon after canyon, each brightened by the spring rain. I got my camera out and snapped as we sped through, not really expecting much of interest to emerge. However, it seems that if you fire off enough, you'll stumble across something you can work with. I find canyons breathtaking.
