About The Artwork
Most of my recent work is questioning how much detail we actually see in normal vision. One only registers details when one looks - looking is different to seeing. By concentrating on the apples in the bowl, a grouping of colours more than shapes, everything outside the small centre of concentration becomes peripheral. This being my belief that we do not see like a camera.
