Flux is a general term which refers to the flow of a physical quantity through space such as electromagnetic waves. The word comes from the Latin word "fluxus," which means flow and was first introduced by Isaac Newton into differential calculus as "fluxion." Flux describes the flow of a physical property through space and is often coupled with a time variation. There are two common usages or contexts for flux, each having solid mathematical frameworks – flux as a vector in the context of transport phenomena and flux as a scalar quantity in the context of electromagnetism. In the context of this work, flux is used as a obvious reference to the physics and mathematics, but presented as a color study and a visual presentation of a color theory. Colors are mine true love since my early age and now I wants to give them a new perspective by playing only with limited colors, lines and their intersections in a minimalistic way. No excessive visual elements and no much of explanation

Jelena Antić is an Iceland-based visual artist who originally hails from Belgrade, Serbia. She held 7 solo exhibitions and holds a Master’s degree in Painting, Mosaic, and Contemporary Art from the University of Arts in Serbia and is a member of the Icelandic Association of Artists. Her main form of visual expression is through painting but she rejects the general conventions of the medium choosing to avoid specific representations of objects or figures. Much like instrumental music without words or explanation, Her work is best described as a visual representation of feeling both thoughtful and meditative. Her aim is to give the viewers to interpret her work as they see it and to create their own narrative. Antić’s primary influences are informel, abstract expressionism and abstract minimalism inspired by concepts of theoretical physics, philosophy, and contemporary art theory. All her works exhibit a strong personal stamp, deeply influenced by her life and experience.
