"Like a cash register without a cashier, The autumn forest is open to everyone. Simple and beautiful Leaves are falling from the trees." Immerse yourself in a world of tranquillity and natural beauty with the painting "Forest Silence." This remarkable piece of art was created by a seventeen-year-old artist from the war-torn city of Bakhmut. Despite all the trials and hardships, she has managed to convey her inner strength and love for life through her creativity. The painting depicts a Carpathian forest at the beginning of autumn. The September sun softly illuminates the yellow leaves scattered across the green grass, creating a striking contrast. Mountains loom on the horizon, and deep within the forest lies a cosy nook where a small stream quietly babbles, surrounded by large, colourful boulders. This place exudes seclusion and peace, offering the viewer a sense of harmony and serenity. The painting is executed in oil on linen canvas, giving it a unique texture and depth. Measuring 100 by 70 centimetres, it serves as a perfect focal point for any interior, whether it be a living room, office, or cosy café. Every detail of this work – from the meticulously painted leaves and grass to the stones and water – testifies to the high level of skill of the young artist.

"About the truth: “The art market is poor in professionals. The art of painting is a huge science. We are being deceived everywhere, people who do not know the main postulates of the science of painting hide behind theses about “modern”, “abstract” painting. Do not be deceived and do not deceive yourself. Real painting is a rarity that is expensive." - these are my words that I convey to society." My name is Polina Stetsiura, I was born and raised in the Ukrainian city of Bakhmut, in 2006. I started my art path early, at the age of eight I was already studying at the local art school. At the age of twelve, I had already completed my art education, showing a talent for painting (at least I am well appreciated for my age). After graduating from the first art school, I continued my studies with several masters, however, the only city that created me as an artist was the destroyed Russian Federation - Bakhmut. (I'm on Bakhmut news: https://www.artemrada.gov.ua/news/18189 https://www.artschool.co.ua/%d0%b2%d1%96%d0%b4%d0%b4%d1%96%d0%bb%d0%b5%d0%bd%d0%bd%d1%8f/hudozhnye/ https://docs.google.com/document/d/1u46FjVp6uFxR34fepBOTiJm9aMZkUqDH/edit https://sdbuvr.gov.ua/sites/sdbuvr.gov.ua/files/inline-files/konkurs2019dodatok_don.doc ) Now, I live in the city of Cherkasy and try not to lose heart, but to continue to create and learn.
