One of many terrible psychological and or physically associated afflictions. I don't believe it exists you hear people say. All too often they are the same people who would use mental or physical torture and therefore in a way employ anxiety. We are fragile beings even when we are tough and hard, for toughness comes at a price. That price is having people be scared of you rather than truly respect you. One form of anxiety is partially formed from exposure to frightening situations or people when we are extremely young and impressionable. Think carefully about this if you are an advocate of hitting your children, you are a perpetrator of violence, bullying and anxiety.
