Amelia Earhart III Painting

Amilia Earhart was the first female aviator to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean. Numerous records and achievements followed. She was a great inspiration for other female pilots and aeronautical engineering and was regarded as a feminist icon. Some extra facts: During the Spanish flu pandemic, Earhart was engaged in nursing duties. She became a patient herself, suffering from pneumonia and maxillary sinusitis. Her convalescence lasted nearly a year. This was before she became a renowned pilot. Note to self: there will be victorious actions and adventures after Covid-19. The style of the painting is inspired by street art. I've worked with stencils in plastic to make sure the acrylic paint will get sharp edges.
