Assuming that human beings and their ideas about the world are a result of a correlation between the constants of the physical world and culture, we believe that alongside the real DNA there exists a mental DNA of both a human and the humankind. World culture and the humankind metal DNA are interdependent and related notions. We can say that world culture is a totality of mental DNAs of people that used to live before and are living now. It is this unity that we are going to identify together, form and present, being fully aware that in our mental worlds, in our minds, where the good neighbors the evil, light still prevails.
