I was drawn by the beauty of the ladies of the twenties, and the fashion of that era 1920s fashion was the perfect blend between style and function. Beautiful clothes that allowed women to move. Even 90 years after The Roaring Twenties ended, almost everyone still recognizes the style, and I try to express it in my artwork with vivid colors.

As an artist, I work hard to develop paintings that speak both to me and to others about the beauty that exists around us. In every work I create, my driving forces are my emotions. I convey to people my sensations., sadness, happiness, tranquility. I let my emotions flow while creating. I dip my brushes into my soul and paint my own truth into my paintings. My paintings reflect the contrast of lines and shapes intermingled with colors and light. I am also taking my inspiration from my travels around the world, and throughout Italy where I grew up. My paintings reflect the colors of the Tuscan hills, the reflection of Italian port cities on the water, the sadness on a woman’s face and the richness of the colors on the water seen from a venetian bridge. I am a graduate of the paintings schools of Italy and Israel and have been presenting my art in many galleries and exhibitions. I paint mainly with watercolor and acrylic and sometimes mixing it to achieve the best feeling of the moment. I fully believe in the statement of the famous early 20th century artist Alberto Giacometti “The object of art is not to reproduce reality, but to create a reality of the same intensity.” This is what I strive. To convey that intensity in my finished work.
