Through my engagement with painting, photography, video, as well as childhood fantasies and archetypes that I have been exploring for a long time, this artwork on canvas has come into being. Since my studies in Hamburg from 1975 to 1983, where I was a student of Sigmar Polke, I have been consistently working on my art.

Childhood memories, fairy tale fantasies, fears, and joys shape my artistic works. I studied under Sigmar Polke and Ernst Mitzka during my time at the Hochschule für bildende Künste in Hamburg, from 1975 to 1983.
