This artwork is part of a project called CONCRETE. I took inspiration from the city walls. Walls are exposed to the elements, to the pollution, to the people vandalism and they change constantly. My idea is to bring a piece of wall and give it a new life. It become an artwork. Furthermore walls are something used to divide but in this case it is something to share together. Colors and texture play the main role and they move emotions in the watcher.

I was born in Asolo, Treviso, on 15th April 1984. After Middle School, I attended the Art Institute G. de Fabris in Nove, Bassano, where I had the chance to learn and experience different pictorial and material techniques which will exalt my passion for visual arts. During these years I painted steadely using different techniques looking forward to outline my own style. In 2003-2005 I studied “Parks and Gardens Design” at the University in Padua. In this period I painted occasionally, but more intensely and accurately, showing a new awareness and maturity. After university studies, I traveled for a few years adapting to different and unusual jobs. No longer satisfied with the usual painting methods and supplies, I needed something new, finding growing interest in jute and in material and instinctive painting. In 2009 I moved to Ragusa, in Sicily, where I still live and work. Here, after stopping painting for a few years, I started again with more passion and determination, getting interested in the human figure. My paintings are a full repertoire of portraits of ordinary people showing their emotions, through poses and expressions in a frenetic modern world. In 2019 I held my first personal exhibition with CAPITOLO PRIMO, at Tono Concept Store in Ragusa , an Interesting combination based on color. In 2020 I exposed some of my works at M.A.D.S. Art Gallery in Milan, an internationally digital gallery. This was my first outdoor experience which will give me visibility within a wider and more prestigious landscape. Then I performed in some group exhibitions in Sicily, including a young project in 2022, RACCONTAMI DI TE…, conceived and carried out by the startup Malia. It’s a very successful project , becoming an event of national interest. During the last years I approached Abstract Art, Street Art, and Graffiti, being fascinated by a varied society told through the city walls. It’s true and authentic art. There comes an intense creative period which lets me realize a second project, CONCRETE. Color and material aspect again play the main role in his paintings, The new project sums up the focal points of my art in a modern and contemporary key. So in 2023 I held my second personal exhibition with CONCRETE at the Art Gallery Calcagno in Catania, with which I had already collaborated. The new project sums up the focal points of my art in a modern and contemporary key, where I break away from tradition and looks forward new horizons.
