Drawing the motif from reality to transpose it into a pure game of black lines, which quiver in the light and suggest the third dimension is an essential part of my approach. I love Paris and especially the rhythm of chimneys and zinc roofs. From my window, I can discover different windows and buildings, discover the Eiffel Tower and follow the clouds over the town …With your eyes, you can follow the lines, jump from a building to another and dream of being a bird! It's like an aerial stroll, making you feel free… Drawing with a 3D pen simplify the shapes and this technique allows them to be "in the air" and plays with light and shadow.
