About The Artwork
i created this 10.5" x 13" mixed media piece about a month ago and the latin title translates to "god bless you". it's a piece about religion and god...you know, the topic you shouldn't talk about in mixed company ;) i used latin as a way of poking fun at the veiled language churches use to create a sense of awe and reverence. it's my attempt at making the difficult, heavy topic of god and religion a little more fun and approachable.
