palimpsesto

Given the historical moment that we are living, I have channeled the way of seeing what is happening in my work, and this reflection has led me to think about the concept of palimpsest. A palimpsest is a manuscript in which the primitive text has been erased, by scraping or another procedure, in order to rewrite a new text, generating a new result. Through different layers of paint that are added, covering and generating a new landscape, they are images that overlap as well as the messages they transmit, and generate a new result.
