My work over the years has been fluctuating by various techniques, motivations, thoughts, ideas and sensations, to arrive at what I now understand how: the very search for language and homework. It is there that I focus my attention as a visual artist. I understand the "work" as the performance of a physical and spiritual methodic and constant activity that has a use and purpose that is necessary for subsistence. It is therefore a categorical imperative of human existence itself. I think that painting and its understanding as the alma mater of artistic disciplines, is the one most closely linked to the very exercise of the job, work and the tireless and inexhaustible search for their own language.
