About the Bricks

Bricks as a symbol of the society are very often used in my works from the beginning. What is interesting in this symbol is the ambiguity in the possibilities of interpretations that bricks can give us as a wall or as a construction. As a wall it could be seen also as an obstacle, something like barrier or sign of limit or separation in life. In this case we may see it as negative, but alternatively they can be seen as a construction and therefore more positive and creative. However, we people are all these bricks and together we create a wall or a construction. So, the question here could be: do we care enough about how strong and good bricks are we?
