Abstract Departures Collection

After painting so many figures, I felt the pull to embark on a large abstract collection. Starting with gestural marks and exploring mark making, I then mask out certain areas that are visually appealing to me. The next step is removing the masking element and expanding upon what was revealed. It’s an amazing process that never gets old.
