Motels

In the 1940s, motel culture grew to serve an emerging middle class -- providing clean, affordable accommodations that could be enjoyed by all. The modern motel is a very different thing. Families live and die in motels, and have ever since the 2008 Housing Market Crisis. The Motel is more than a symbol of Western Culture. It is a symbol of us, and we will be remembered by it.
