Faded

The Faded series was influenced directly to Van Gogh's "Irises". Part of a traveling exhibit to the Houston Museum of Fine Art, there were over 50 works by the master who is one of the most influential artists to me. To my surprise, the irises were actually purple, but the red had faded over time.
