Cake for Celebration Series, 23

Original oil, ink, and watercolor on A4 acid paper and canvas. The idea of cake series with a playful celebration. Everyone like cake and life should be celebrated for any moment to remember. A candle blowing does make people smile with a happy mood. I think the idea of this cake series I want to make some fun and happy moments in contemporary paintings. The media I use is Ink and watercolor because it has created the flame effect I had experiments with it over and over and light and fire are an element of life. I like the result of the flame and the candle. The body of cake I made more texture on it. As the series gets more, I am investigating the background creating the atmospheric scenery.
