Penelope Hope Deyhle

Penelope (Deyhle) El-Dalati is a full time artist, who paints daily in her studio located in NJ. Her works have graced the cover of House Beautiful, been featured in Elle Decor and on HGTV. Her watery images are all created on hand made canvases and using the highest quality oil paints.
