I collect table ware, with the purpose of using them in a stil live painting. I prefer chinese, or chinese-like  stoneware, because of the colours.  painting tulips is a yearly tradition ( of course) . I painted this on a thick block of wood, so the painting can be standing up too.

Normaly I am an impressionistic painter, who paints a lot of classic themes, but now I wanted to use my skills in a series of 'Serpents' . Bitches could be another name for them, as they never do what on first sight you think they do. 
 These paintings can be object too, as they can stand on a shelf in stead of hanging on the wall ( which is possible too)
