Yvette is a Fine Art Artist OF SouthAfricanArtists.com based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa.
Yvette enjoys working in various mediums, her favorite being oil paint. The consistency of the oil allows for changes to almost form and dictate the direction to go themselves.
God's incredible creation inspires Yvette. She wants the world to see the real art in all the power and mystery and not just as objects that are there. There is so much life and beauty in the ocean, air, earth and all the beings of our planet. The shapes in negative spaces hold unseen energies that Yvette instills into her works. I want one to experience the absolute wonder I feel as I record moments on canvas. I want the experience to be had for all time.”
Yvette has a passion for the Old Masters works and therefore art conservation and knows the importance there of.



Private collections: Ken Denton’s personal Coffee book on Eastern Cape flora, done by Yvette in watercolours. Paul Kruger house in Limpopo has a series of charcoal works. Private collections of Mey’s work can be found in New Zealand, Australia and Texas. Various corporations have Yvette’s work in boardrooms and Wild life Lodges. In P.E. the Sun International Boardwalk has 40 watercolours of Yvette’s, Sun City offices as well as in Cape Town.

The “know how” of the retail world of original Fine Art has been an exciting adventure and challenge for Yvette. She has gained valuable knowledge, experience and wonderful clients in this field.

Yvette works her studio at home in Port Elizabeth South Africa. From this base she will still maintain her contact with her buyers and artists and runs her Art Agency and art school.
