Trevisan Carlo

About

Carlo Trevisan was born in ITALY in 1965. He completed the entire training school in Borgo Sansepolcro, a small town located in the Tiber Valley, between Tuscany and Umbria, the birthplace of Piero della Francesca and Luca Pacioli. In the city of Peter grew up and lived in direct contact with the Renaissance world, still immersed in their medieval traditions (see the Palio della Balestra) and Renaissance in architecture, customs, rooted in history, known and studied, for the first game then passion for the work of Piero in a familiar and intimate. He studied first surveyor in Citta di Castello (PG) and then Civil Engineering at the University of Pisa.Since 1984, beginning his university studies in Pisa, he moved permanently to the family's summer home in Tuscany and has since started his artistic training, thanks to the close friendship with the painter and writer Beconi Serafino, now embracing a surreal pictorial expression.From 1992 to 2001 he was editor and secretary of the magazine Art and Culture in Versilia Sinopia, directed by Serafino Beconi until 1996 when he died and later by the writer Manlio Cancogni, coming in close contact with the cultural and artistic heritage of Versilia.In 1992 became part of the Versilia MAV Artistic Movement, led by Alberta poet Rossana Bianchi, participating for many years at numerous events and exhibitions available in the area. Also since 1993, became a collaborator of the testing laboratory media (poetry, theater, cinema and visual arts) THEATRE OF THE CONSCIOUS NEEDS, directed by the historian, critic and poet Richard Mazzoni. From 1994 to 2000 he was part Italian Catholic Union of Artists UCAI Section of Lucca, with whom he has exhibited in numerous exhibitions of religious and not.With the new millennium, leaving every current and association, and began his own artistic path, living among the cities of Verona and the Versilia. Frequent trips to Europe led him to mature and deal with the contemporary world of international art.Since 2001, he began to collaborate with some art galleries in central and northern Italy. Since 2009 his works were presented at art fairs of Forli, Padua, Reggio Emilia, Bolzano, Blyth, La Spezia.In November 2009, is among the winners announced by Ferrero Kinder Art and exhibited his work at the Milan Triennale Bovisa (Electa catalog) and then the Ferrero Foundation of Alba.Also published in editions out of print, more than 30 collections of poetry (see Poetry page) that complement and enrich the poetic and surreal world of his paintings, watercolors and books illustrated by graphics.
