I live in Barcelona. I have been dedicated to painting for a long time now. All these years I have struggled with myself to print a personnel way of looking at things on my paintings.
Through the thick brustroke I try to give to them a primitive look, rather raw and quite esquematic.
My paintings are not in a hurry. They are slow, with little elements and frozen in time. I have always been very interested in all that is involved with figures, that is why my paintings show these contemplative figures, isolated.
Though we are living in a convulsed and changing era, where the ways of representation are various and differents; digital and analogical, I have sticked to traditional media, oil painting at its purest.
