Born in 1971 in the eastern Indian city, Kolkata, spent most of the childhood at a district town of Bengal, Berhampore. This is where my aesthetic sense and love for nature developed.
Later on did engineering and worked in New Delhi and then moved on to Abu Dhabi in UAE. All along followed photography passionately as a hobby and participated in a number of group shows.

An Engineer by profession in the field of oil and gas, has taken up photography as a serious hobby since past 10 years. Interests include travel photography, landscapes, people, culture, monuments and nature. Loves to go outdoors and freeze images of the world around.

Have taken part in many Indian and International Salons under IIPC/PSA/FIP and have won more than 200 awards, certificates and acceptances.
