I am an artist who makes collectable Pop Art about people that society is most obsessed and fascinated with ---- the world of the rich and famous, of celebrities and politicians. I capture their perceptions and how they behave. It is a world full of ambition, obsession, drama, jealousy and scandal. These are my prime subjects that I photograph from which I create designs through a process of drawings and sketches, to silk screen printing in painterly colours that are bold and dramatic. I’m drawn to this method because it allows repetition of motif and gives fast, simple colour changes that deliver a tactile hand finish. Each print has slight variations and comes in limited editions.
