Rafael Dabul was born in Curitiba, Brasil in 1977. After finishing the Advertisement Undergraduate degree at the Catholic University of Parana he decided to work as a photographer. Spent five years in the USA where studied photography and worked in the photography industry. Obtained a MFA degree at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and moved to NYC. Worked for Black Book Magazine and Interview as assistant photo editor and assisted world class photographers. Moved back to Curitiba to start a career as a photographer. Currently works as a commercial photographer shooting mostly fashion and editorial spreads. Eventually shows his personal work in gallery exhibitions. Loves to travel.
