My Art as in my writing deals with tragedy.
This is the tragedy of losing one's homeland, living in diaspora or watching the decay of a once proud nation of Iranians. It does however mix the tragedy with dark humor.
There are three categories of work here.
1. Nostalgia e.g. Iranian pop art or Minimalist 70's posters based on cinema/TV/radio
2. Abstract Orientalist Art. A concept which I invented in 2011. This is a school where orientalist images, colours etc. are abstracted.
3. A new school called DaGod.

In 2010 I invented a new Art school concept named DaGod.
DaGod is based on Dada, but unlike Dada it is a protest against religious fundamentalism. By it's very nature it is very controversial, hence one of my works has been a news headline on CNN and VOA.
Like Dada it is an anti Art movement.
