Born in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1945 and raised within a family tradition of wood craft and art appreciation.

A practitioner of Korean Zen Buddhism and former medical microbiologist and morphologist, I have an eye for clean and simple lines, geometric forms, and compositional balance of space and form. Both my photography and bold, brightly colored geometric acrylic paintings demonstrate this perspective of the world.
