Billy Davis brings a mystical hand to the canvas. His sensitive and sensual paintings are an intricate mosaic drawn from many places and ages. Capturing the convergence of musings past, present, and future, Davis propels the viewer into a narrative hint of cultural, sexual, mythological, and spiritual depths. Exploring a classical expression of the human form, he offers amusing subtleties and a forceful, signature sensibility to create a colloquial language in oil. Davis received his BFA from California College of the Arts. He currently resides and works in Seattle.
