My work has been exhibited in various galleries and events around Toronto. My first solo exhibition, Mashup, was chosen as the Toronto Star’s Critic’s Choice of the Week in 2009. Most recently, my interdisciplinary installation, Homage to Guernica, was selected as an Independent Partner Project of 2010 Scotiabank nuit blanche.
I studied oil painting with some of Iran’s leading visual artists. My major in Visual Arts from the Arts Management program at the University of Toronto introduced me to various forms of visual expression.
I have been painting over 10 years now and I have been exhibiting my work professionally since 2009.
