An envy to paint coquettish seductive women bodies, some creatures in the positioned; it is indeed a question of representing one certain women's instinctive, animal side. Maybe… Or, are they animals owning the body of a woman?

The subject is rather presented hieratic, maybe emblematic.
They are called “Effigies”.
Fantasies?
Nowadays goddesses?
Angels or devils?
Charming and pleasant to seduce the heroes ...

Double categorization of the characters: friendly or harmful soul according to its partner. Fatal seduction, or to be saving?

This subject regularly taken back through ages and cultures offers supply to be seen and connects diverse mythologies, legends, and artists of any periods and any lands.
Ambiguity of mixed references going of the manga, the princesses of Walt Disney to the poster of a truck driver, or, to the sentimental photo love story.

The technique is realistic, rather classical, quietly painted and close to drawing, licked.
Details of the hands, seductive fingers. Half hidden sexual parts of any kind.
Skins are not really worked: washings of fluid and florid tinted oil are quickly brushed, bleu grey sinuous edges.
Sometimes the eyes of the animals are really trimly painted so they have more soul. In other paintings, they are black holes suggesting a mask.
The subject is isolated in the center of big paintings.
The backgrounds are often empty, white or gold.
But sometimes a double is wandering around. or manga charactors are mixed with the collage real like front figure.
The images are mostly taken in the fashion press, people press or men magazines.
I like to steal internet materials, such as pictures of private blogs too.
I have pleasure to paint haziness, veils and ribbons, stockings, hairs, feathers and furs.
The edges of the cut collage of the heads are shown.
Put together parts suggest the “copy-paste” that was at the start.
I like to take these consumer pictures of women, made to be thrown after usage, and save them, while putting them on big linen canvas with oil paints, the paint of the major talented works of art.

METODO

Riciclo delle immagini pubblicate. Amo raccogliere, e mostrare questo processo. La tecnica è piuttosto classica e generalmente sobrio. I colori sono spesso bluatri scuri. Il mio suggetto favorito è la donna. Ciascuna porta una maschera che sottolinea l'ambiguità del personaggio e trasporta in un mondo poetico, qualche o il registro. Questa maschera può essere una testa animale o a volte una biancheria nera.
