About

Currently in the Final year of MA at The Royal College of Art.
Working with sources from the periphery of general observation I document unremarkable things as truthfully and as sensitively as possible, making the familiar precious and intriguing.Engaging the viewer through the methodology invites observation on an intimate level, where barely-there details have to be discovered, referencing the act of looking itself.
Demanding processes and the investment of time in recording insignificant subject matter is used to elevate the status of the object, and the use of delicate materials, gives a sense of fragility.Purity in the presentation allows for quiet details to be seen, when not surrounded by the noise of the everyday.
