About

My practice incorporates photography, video and mixed-media installation. With a focus on the residual, absence and memory, it explores subjects of place, often on the periphery, and self, as arenas for deconstruction. Drawing on spectacularity and ritual, my work examines the transformative nature of subjects. It concerns itself both with the boundary between reality and fiction and different modes of navigating a subject: forensic, social and the psychological. Through investigations I seek to represent the human condition by its imprint and as re-imagined narratives.
