June Katz
About
My name is June Katz and I am a contemporary artist working and internationally exhibiting for the past twenty years in New Zealand, Australia and Israel. My inspiration comes from life on our planet and the way humans perceive nature. Also from the way people treat our environment and each other.
I incorporated my inspiration through different categories involving the development and practice of technology, science, philosophy, and music.
Currently I am working from my home gallery/studio in Ponsonby Auckland New Zealand, where I am at present displaying a wide variety of some of my beautiful and unique artwork on both canvas and wood, handmade sculptures both glaze and bronzed and glass framed drawings and water colour scenery work.
I am also a qualified art teacher and has taught classes for both adults and young children.
