Rula was born in Toronto 1961 and has been painting on canvas since 1980. Also works of Mixed Media assemblages,sculptures, abstract homemade comics,as well as trying to do as many sketches as possible everyday until my eyes blur and the pencil falls from my hand, there is no time to waste on mindless crap, and there is loads of that to try to avoid everyday....ART makes me feel so ALIVE its amazing, what a joy.

I have been creating Art for as long as I can remember. Thru my work I strive to create a sense that enlightens and inspires the viewer to imagine something fantastic and wonderful. I believe the purpose of Art is to lift the spirit and instill an experience in the viewer,as well as get them to THINK outside of the BOX, there is so very much to see once you lift yourself over the edge of whatever kind of box you may be in,some days I feel as if Im going to have a mindgasm and just turn into PURE LIGHT, it's AMAZING just to be ALIVE, WOW....enjoy everything..peace
