Clara Fornaro was born in Taranto (Italy) where she studied arts at the "Lisippo" School of Arts, obtaining the license to teach "Artistic Education" and "Drawing and History of Art".As a teacher, she taught the following subjects: "Artistic Education", "Visual Education and Painting Disciplines" and "Drawing and History of Art".Her name is part of the Historical Archive of Modern and Contemporary Art at the "Bandera Museum of Busto Arsizio (Varese, Italy).She is also present in the publication "Art Diary International" 2011/2012 Politi Editore (Milan, Italy).Her works has been reviewed in publications such as "Il Quotidiano", "La Gazzetta del Mezzogiorno","Corriere del Giorno "Quadri e Sculture", "Casa Oggi" and "La Repubblica" (Florence, Italy).Taken from "Arte senza frontiere/Testimonianze di pace" by Ferruccio Canovaro and Giorgio Seveso. Palazzo Lanfranchi (PI) Bottini dell'Olio (LI).The investigation of the shape, of its spreading in the space, lays behind and feed the whole artistic production of Clara Fornaro...The "space concepts" holding Clara Fornaro's poetry set a spiral-shape dimension, an abstract texture that makes the stilness be one with the movement and the ending nature of the construction be one with the endless and tangled dynamic process.The shapes follow the "origin" of their movement and their quiet, wrapping themselves up and creating an abstract space full of internal folds in a endless germination, which reflect each others, isomorphically, in line with the infinite structure of the Leibniz's units. Clara Fornaro's works show an universe made by pure energetic links which make the individual substance of the units match with an always-under stress movement, thus aimed at following the thin variations and vibrations that constuite itself.The ars combinatoria of the artist is in the creation's roots, in the "prehistory of all the visible things", where the infinite possibilities of its show are spread, and where the logos and the image, the concept and the representation, the movement and the stilness live together, welding themselves in a whole.In this primal space is held the most radical intimity of the work: free stream of seminal potentiality that trigger the transformation of the shapes, of the signs and of the senses, ascribing them in a insoluble tie of stilness and movement.The sylistic procedures, which Clara Fornaro use to explore the genesis of "all the visible things", follow the schemes, never set before and always aiming at new mixing possibilities, of the Gestaltung which rules all the shapes, triggering endless processes of figural matamorphosis.The operation is based on the fluctuating dynamics of the shapes that, through their inflections, their movements and their declensions, order the growth of the shapes and, at the same time, the principles of their transformations.... She also attended the DAMS (Art, Music and Show Disciplines) in Bologna (Italy).She directed an art-therapy centre for young disabled learners (Taranto, Italy).She provided vocational training for radio social-caring speakers, a sperimental course.
