Born in St. George, Romania in 1977, Ramon Grosos has become well-known for his use of vibrant colors that elicit light, life, energy.
From early age, he has observed and studied art and life, he has passion for expressing himself using impressionist/figurative or abstract views on canvas. Ramon's name is also associated with the introduction of the abstract Pixell style in painting, using points of emphasis or identifiable parts within the whole canvas and therefore emphasizes the traditional idea of detail in terms of relations among parts. The design of his abstract paintings had no relation to the shape or size of the canvas.
He is included in the DIZIONARIO ENCICLOPEDICO INTERNAZIONALE D'ARTE MODERNA E CONTEMPORANEA 2008, Editura Alba, Ferrara, Italy. Also, has exhibited in international events such as the International Exhibition of Contemporary and Religious Plastic Arts of London, UK; or Salon International d'Arte Plastique Contemporaine, Paris, France 2005.
In 2008, he became Associated Academician of the Department of Arts at Accademia Internazionale "Greci - Marino", Accademia Del Verbano, Di Lettere, Arti, Scienze from Vinzaglio, Italy.
