Working in pencil on paper, the work is a sequence of drawings that have been described as ‘high end doodling’. The work communicates her experience of space, time and environment. Closely connected to the process of making, each piece starts with a seemingly random drawing and then allows the piece to develop by incorporating the observed and found object over time, sometimes taking more than a year to complete.
Pru's work has been shown in solo and group exhibitions, including The Turbine Hall, Tate Modern (London) and The Hay-on-Wye Festival as part of The Museum of Everything.
Education
