Liz Garnett

About

Liz Garnett was born in 1966 in Hampshire and has lived all over the country as well as Australia and France. Liz Garnett has been a commercial and art photographer for 20 years. She is becoming recognised for not only her artistic ability but also her technical knowledge of different films and processes and her ability to push the boundaries of photography. Colour and texture (in black and white) play an important role in Liz Garnett's work and inspiration is drawn from architecture, shapes and patterns. Her work is concerned with strong graphic composition. The majority of her fine art images are abstract or semi-abstract. Recently, themes have included beaches and the coast in both the UK and France as well as fruit and vegetables. She is currently focusing on creating vibrant flower images with a strong graphic content.On this site she is showing the more diverse aspects of her artworks and illustrate her passion to explore her creativity in different ways.
