Like my life-my work should not be stagnant and should reflect-like life-change, although challenging easy categorization.
How I work is replicating unconscious recordings of information, blurring the line between painting and drawing while maintaining a balance of process-surface-calligraphic mark making: scrawls over various grounds and layers of information and language.
My content relies on journals, notes, endless scribblings and drawings marrying the immediacy of instinctive new ideas and older information. I often learn what I was thinking,
after I see what I have put on paper.
For me this process is theatre, where I put together the information to create a story. In this theatre I am the director, the actor and the viewer all at the same time.
