Making painting, sculpture/ 3-D forms. Born in Surrey,natural ability, developing drawing and painting from local artists and school, transferring to the Midlands to study BSc Civil Engineering, friendships and strong interest led to a return to art & painting while at college, in the early days following philosophical enquiry. Thus making questioning painting and art, often inspired by unusual poetic resonance’s found in events and objects of day to day living. strong sense to colour and meaning:
Making, exhibiting and selling large and small abstract paintings, sculpture and assemblages, that reveal traits of psychological or philosophical significance, reflected and brought to realisation and imaginative insight, spoken in the language of colour and shape. Affinities with Zen,Tao and faiths, art relating to a super consciousness of time space & energy signing the eternal.

Public, community, corporate art & residencies - paintings, sculpture and murals; also offering tutoring & workshops including photography and digital media.
Accepts public and private commissions, projects and exhibitions, working in collaboration to achieve new and cutting edge art. Workshops in Birmingham & Coventry, responding to national & international commissions, working with curators for exhibitions, and with designers and fabricators to realise larger sculpture & public art pieces.

A long page shows developments to abstract landscapes in 2010, this also shows the prophetic Monumental History painting (1989), although almost all abstract painting then this one figurative image was an obsession - Two figures on the edge of the world fight for ownership of a strange unicycle.
