About

I dissect the notion of function by creating pieces that dance among the mundane, ceremonial, and sentimental. I draw upon history, utilizing ornament and material to re-contextualize every day possessions. I am inspired by the embodiment of something present and something remembered in an object; it is these intimate moments between owner and possession that determine the perceived value and use of any particular thing.
