About
Born Coventry . Moved to Caithness 1978. Painted and exhibited since 1983.
I paint the Far North as an emotional response to all around me. Huge skies panoramic vistas dark hills big seas and the ever changing Northern light.
In my work I try to convey a sense of place whilst at the same time using land sky and sea to give access to the personal and universal. Actual places combined with my own inner landscapes that maps my own psyche. I work mainly in acrylic oil and mixed media. I am very pleased to be associated with Immagine&Poesie.Italy
