Bob has visualised the world through photography for many years.
He has won awards and been published internationally for his photography.
In 2010, he was granted the Canadian Association of Photographic Arts Maple Leaf and Associate Fellowship Awards for photographic achievement, service and exceptional contributions to photography.
Bob primarily works in medium and large format, and prefers to process and print his black and white work.

STATEMENT IN PROGRESS
As a visual expression, photography engages the essence of events in time that offer a privileged view. By privileged I mean that a particular scene communicates at a level of deep compositional and aesthetic understanding whereby the senses are pulled by the scene becoming linked for that moment of time where as an extension of myself, I open the eye of a camera, to capture that communication. I believe that as a life-long learner, my vision of art (photography), is constantly changing, maturing, moving forward just as time moves us forward. My vision is to express the innate God-given talent, to share representations of life, and bring moments of contemplation into existence.
