Patty Kickham
About
A child of the 50's/60's still learning about life through everyone I meet. I'm an instinctive software artist and photographer and work part time as a technician in a Photolab. My art is my passion and my paying job feels like retirement.
Most of my digital pieces are created using Apophysis or Oxidizer software. I'm still working at how to fine tune actual shapes using different combinations of variations. I try to achieve images that are organic looking but still have a touch of whimsy or fantasy.
Although the software can create stunning wallpapers for your computer, I'm not a huge fan of the precise and obviously mathematical IFS fractals. Fractal software is a tool that I try to think of as a paintbrush.

View AllCollections are groups of images curated by you and your fellow artists and art lovers. A collection can include work from a single artist or from several different artists.
To Create a New Collection
Click on "Add a Collection" link in the Collections section of your Profile page or click on "Collections" from the top menu and then click "Create a New Collection."
To Add an Image to a Collection
Click on any image to get to the Image Detail page. Below the image, click on the "+" sign to add the image to an existing collection, or create a new collection for it.
